Recommendations are based on each client’s unique goals, abilities, schedule, and equipment availability. In an effort to create safe and effective training programs, all clients start with a movement assessment and progress once they’ve mastered fundamental exercises.

Convenient

No commute. No crowd. No contract. You can choose your own workout, follow a personalized program, or pick from a list of recommendations designed to supplement your personal or group training sessions. Workouts are as short as nine minutes and many require minimal equipment. Programs are also available for clients with a broader range of equipment such as kettlebells, barbells, and suspension trainers.

Custom Nutrition Programs

This program is for anyone looking to overhaul their diet, address metabolic disorders or hormonal imbalances, lose body fat, build muscle, or break the diet-binge cycle. It begins with an in-depth review of the client’s diet, lifestyle, and health history. By using the habit stacking method, clients are able to make small, sustainable changes that ultimately lead to healthier routines and ensure long-term success.

Follow-up sessions are typically scheduled every two to four weeks. The number and duration of follow-up sessions is based on the client’s progress and program adherence.

Macro Coaching

Macro Coaching

This option is for clients who are ready to take their weight loss or body recomposition to the next level. Clients are required to log their food intake in a mobile app and continually wear an activity tracker (Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, etc.) throughout this program. At least two weeks of activity tracker data is required for macro coaching appointments.

Follow-up appointments are scheduled as needed.

Personal training is ideal if you’re new to fitness, recovering from an injury, looking to master advanced barbell or kettlebell exercises, or simply want a program designed for your unique needs. This service is also recommended for those who are pregnant, returning to exercise postpartum, or getting back to training after a long break.

Between sessions, clients use the DF&N app to follow a personalized schedule that includes supplemental on-demand workouts, cardio training, mobility work, and rest days. Just log into the app and follow your instructions for the day.

These sessions can be booked weekly, twice per week, monthly, or every eight weeks.

These 50-minute full body workouts combine the friendly competition of a group class and the customization of a private session. After completing the Dynamic Beginnings program, clients are invited to train with other intermediate and advanced participants.
 
Reservations are required and workouts are programmed with each client’s needs in mind. A detailed equipment list is sent in advance to help you prep your training space. Supplemental on-demand workouts are provided to ensure no muscle group is overworked or undertrained.
 
These sessions can be booked once or twice per week or to complement personal training sessions.

"Hands down, the BEST decision I made for my physical and mental health was to start training with Gina. I've been working with her since January 2020. She is NOT your average trainer; she is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and able to quickly adapt. 

Her ability to coach clients via an online platform is unmatched! Since 2021, I have been training with Gina exclusively through online sessions after moving away from her studio. Despite the distance between us, she has continued to help me achieve the goals we set. She pushes me to push myself, and she continually brings out the potential in me that I don't always see.
