Gina earned her first Personal Training Certification in 2008 while completing her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science. She began her training career at a local Gold's Gym® and quickly became interested in using more than just traditional exercise equipment. She wanted to challenge herself and her clients with more options other than simply adjusting the resistance and seat position of an exercise machine.

Eager to give her clients a more versatile and engaging training experience, she earned her first TRX® Qualification in 2012. While preparing for her first marathon she added functional training to her own program to avoid suffering from common running injuries in addition to incorporating kettlebell training to strengthen and protect her lower back. She quickly realized her clients could also utilize the strength, endurance, and mobility benefits of this nontraditional training style and her programming continued to evolve. Always looking to continue her education, professional development, and knowledge of the most cutting edge techniques, she trained for and earned her Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC™) in 2014.

Gina opened Dynamic Fitness & Nutrition in the Spring of 2014. Her goal was to create a comfortable training environment where clients work with highly qualified fitness professionals who have earned industry leading credentials. Since then she has twice expanded her facility and has earned numerous training and nutrition credentials. In 2016, Gina earned the prestigious Level II Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC™), making her the area's most qualified RKC™ Instructor and one of only four in the state of New York.

In addition to providing personal and group training services, Gina's numerous fitness and nutrition credentials allow her to offer comprehensive custom weight management programs; an option that is out of the scope of practice for a Certified Personal Trainer without a nutrition degree. She aims to educate her clients on the importance of healthy, balanced, and mindful eating behaviors and the dangers of the diet-binge cycle.

To this day Gina continues to maintain her high standards for excellence and professionalism. She is known for holding her clients and team of trainers to the same standards, offering educated and honest feedback to ensure long-term success.

Most recently, The Albany Times-Union recognized Gina as one of the Capital Region's "Favorite Fitness Trainers."

As a busy mother of four, wife, and fitness professional I understand how hectic life can be. There are no shortages of duties and distractions that vie for my time. Like many, I had spread myself too thin and needed to adjust. By making my own health and fitness a priority, I've found that I can take care of others better. While I adore my active family, lifting weights and swinging kettlebells are a welcomed break. Keeping fit is good for both mind and body, as well as a great example to my daughters who are learning that exercise is important.

A healthy life is about balance and I work with my clients to help them find that manageable place so they can reach their fitness goals. My style could be described as "fun with a focus" and I train with results in mind. I feel my best when I am strong and look strong. You will too!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Some of my other credentials include Dragon Door HardStyle™ Kettlebell Certified (HKC™), TRX® Suspension Training Qualified, and TRX® Rip Training Qualified. I am currently training for the Dragon Door Level I Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC™).

Nick Sweet

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist

Nick has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2014. He has worked as a Physical Education Teacher, Health Education Teacher, and Personal Training Manager. Nick has also worked with high school football, track & field, and basketball teams and as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Union College.

Nick has trained a wide range of clients including the beginners who have never stepped foot into a gym to Division I college athletes. He is passionate about continuing his education and staying up to date on the latest training techniques and scientific research and uses his numerous credentials to help his clients meet their individual fitness goals. He is currently training for the Dragon Door Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC™).

Luke Stark

Certified Personal Trainer

Luke graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. While completing his degree, he played collegiate baseball and was elected to the 2013 All-Tournament Team in the College World Series. He was also a First Team All-Conference Selection in 2013 and 2014. He was captain of the Ithaca College baseball team in 2014 and served as an assistant coach after graduating.

In 2014 Luke had the honor of moving on to play Independent Professional Baseball in Alpine, Texas. As an elite athlete, he has been surrounded by players and coaches who have pushed him to grow both physically and mentally. His passion for baseball, and sports in general, has translated into his work as a Certified Personal Trainer.

Since transitioning from being the athlete to training the athlete, Luke has worked with a wide variety of clients. He’s trained clients at all fitness levels from high school, to professional athletes, to the retiree who is looking to stay young and fit. Currently, Luke works as a Fitness Specialist and with local athletes coordinating speed and agility programs. In the Spring of 2018 he will begin his second year of coaching the freshmen baseball team at his alma mater, Guilderland High School.

Having worked with both athletes and non-athletes, Luke understands that everyone is different, and every person has their own unique needs and fitness thresholds. His aim is to recognize each client's specific needs and goals so that he can help them reach their full potential. As a Certified Personal Trainer, functional strength is one of Luke’s primary concerns, and he aims to ensure that his clients move safely and feel great in and out of the gym. He want his clients to walk out of their sessions feeling confident in their ability to perform life’s everyday activities because of their time spent training.

Luke is currently studying to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through The National Strength and Conditioning Association and is training for the Dragon Door Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC) and TRX® qualifications.

Laura Diebold


Laura has loved movement since before it was called exercise. She grew up with a lifestyle vitally enriched by athletics, including track, cross country, soccer, basketball and swimming. Having experienced the joy of mastery in sport, confidence associated with athletic development, the support network of a team environment and health benefits of activity, she found herself drawn to helping others reach their physical potential.

Laura began her education in training with a kinesiology practicum at McGill, working underneath Strength and Conditioning coaches of the university's varsity swim, football and volleyball teams. Upon graduating, she began teaching group exercise and personal training throughout the Capital District. Though she is referred to as 'Diablo' by those who survive her kettlebell workouts, her style is decidedly laid back. She has several years of experience in senior and introductory level fitness, and strives for participants to feel challenged and empowered, welcomed and capable in a class setting - regardless of their experience level.

Currently, Laura is completing a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Vidya.
