Gina Pizzino-Varrone

All custom weight management programs are designed by Gina Pizzino-Varrone, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and owner of Dynamic Fitness & Nutrition.

Gina became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2008 while completing her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science at Russell Sage College. In 2014 she earned her Sports Nutrition Specialty Certification from the International Sports Sciences Association.

In addition to providing personal and group training services, Gina's numerous fitness and nutrition credentials allow her to offer comprehensive custom weight management programs; an option that is out of the scope of practice for a Certified Personal Trainer without a nutrition degree. She aims to educate her clients on the importance of healthy, balanced, and mindful eating behaviors and the dangers of the diet-binge cycle.

All fitness professionals at DF&N are certified by the industry's leading organizations, work strictly within their scope of practice, and are fully insured.

"I first met Gina more than five years ago. At the time, I felt like my gym workouts were going okay. But I wasn’t making any progress. A ten year span as a triathlete had ended more than 15 years earlier. I had surgeries on knees, shoulders, hands, a broken hip and ankle, and was moderately over weight.
