Dynamic Small Group Personal Training

Our unique Small Group Training Program offers you the individual attention and customization of a private personal training session with the fun and friendly competition of a group class. To maintain the personal training element in the group setting these programs have an eight person limit with an average group size of just five clients. A Certified Personal Trainer will hand pick equipment just for you ensuring that you are training safely and effectively.

After an introductory personal training session we will place you in a group based on your individual fitness level and goals. This unique program design ensures that all clients are placed in an appropriate level group. Once beginner level clients thoroughly master the fundamental foundation exercises they are given the opportunity to train with intermediate and advanced level clients. Please see class descriptions for program details and prerequisite requirements.

All group training sessions are scheduled by reservation only. Advanced booking gives our Personal Trainers the opportunity to design workouts based on the specific needs of that day's clients.

Small group training is scheduled by appointment only. Clients are asked to prepay for a minimum of one session to hold an appointment in the group training schedule. The 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all group training sessions.

Group Training Descriptions

Dynamic Kettlebells I/II

Guaranteed to challenge even the toughest client, you'll push your limits to increase strength, endurance, and explosive power using only kettlebells and body weight exercises. After you master the fundamental kettlebell exercises (Level I) you are invited to train in the RKC™ class (Level II) which emphasizes advanced variations of kettlebell ballistics, carries, push ups, squats, and windmills. All instructors who teach Dynamic Kettlebells classes are certified by Dragon Door, the industry's leader in international kettlebell certifications. A thorough understanding of kettlebell fundamentals and safety is required prior to taking this class.

Duration: 55 minutes

Level I: client must be able to safely swing kettlebells and perform the get up

Level II: client must be able to safely perform kettlebell snatches in addition to dual kettlebell swings and cleans

Dynamic Circuit Challenge

Free weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, TRX®, and more! Timed sequences that alternate between strength training, cardio conditioning, and rest intervals are guaranteed to get you fit and keep you challenged as you get stronger. Circuit styles, equipment, and exercises will vary at each class using both group and individual formats. All TRX® Rip Training and TRX® Suspension Training is offered by TRX® qualified instructors. All kettlebell instruction is offered by Dragon Door certified instructors.

Dynamic Strength

If you're looking for the core stability and leg strength to perform a pistol squat and an upper body powerful enough to perform a pull up, this is your class! A variety of equipment will be used including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX® Rip Trainers and TRX® Suspension Trainers to create this innovative strength training program. Client must be able to safely perform the get up and kettlebell swings prior to taking this class. All TRX® Rip Training and TRX® Suspension Training is offered by TRX® qualified instructors. All kettlebell instruction is offered by Dragon Door certified instructors.

Level II: Intermediate to Advanced

Rip, Swing, Suspend

If you love your Dynamic Suspension and Dynamic Kettlebells classes we've combined them with the TRX® Rip Trainer to create this one of a kind class! The TRX® Rip Trainer is an innovative resistance cord system that uses an asymmetrical load and rotational movements that will give you a metabolic training experience that cannot be achieved using any other piece of equipment. Combining advanced kettlebell movements with the most challenging TRX® Suspension and TRX® Rip Trainer exercises gives our clients a workout that is only offered at Dynamic Fitness & Nutrition. Client must have prior TRX® Suspension Training and TRX® Rip Training instruction and a thorough understanding of kettlebell fundamentals and safety prior to taking this class. All TRX® Rip Training and TRX® Suspension Training is offered by TRX® qualified instructors. All kettlebell instruction is offered by Dragon Door certified instructors.

Level II: Intermediate to Advanced

Dynamic Fitness Foundation

Our beginner's level class that introduces clients to the various equipment used at DF&N. Like all training sessions at our facility, instructors place a strong emphasis on form and safety allowing clients to build a strong foundation. Proper form and technique for each exercise will be thoroughly taught and stressed during this full body workout allowing beginners to move safely and effectively through the exercises. Programmed in a strength circuit format that keeps class moving at a steady pace, this class is challenging enough for our intermediate level clients as well. An element of balance work is included in each class. An introductory personal training session is required prior to taking this class.

Saturday Strong

There's no sleeping in for these clients because on Saturdays we start our morning strong! Heavy resistance supersets will be combined with fast paced cardio circuits to help you build muscle, drop body fat, and burn hundreds of calories. This workout will challenge you with classic dumbbell and barbell exercises in addition to our favorite functional training equipment including kettlebells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, TRX® Suspension Trainers, and TRX® Rip Trainers. An introductory personal training session is required prior to taking this class.
